Rules & General Information for the 2010 VA State 9 Ball Championships

No personal checks will be accepted!
9 a.m. – Warm-up and registration
10 a.m. – Players’ meeting
10:30 a.m. – Play begins
- Race to 9, Double elimination
- Texas Express rules
- 1st& 2ndplaces pay entry into the 2010 U.S. Open 9 Ball Championships!
- 24 spots paid based on a maximum 64-player field.
- With 8 women, the top female player will receive paid entry into the U.S. Open.
(Note: If a female player reaches the finals; that will count for the female US Open entry.)
- Players must be a Virginia or DC resident to participate. Proof of residency required.
- Collared Shirts or shirts approved by the Tournament Director are required!
- All entries must be approved by the Tournament Director. The sale of spots by a player is prohibited! A waiting list will be started when the event is full.
- No age limit!
For this year’s State Championship we will be using the latest version on Ingen Pool’s Tournament Software. I encourage everyone running an tournament to get this software. It is very user friendly and is a nice enhancement to any tournament. You can download the software and try it for 5 FREE tournament runs and then purchase a license if you like it.
